• Oversee daily treasury operations and cash management activities, including SAP F110 payment runs, manual payments, and funding activities.
• Manage the company's cash flow by collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to forecast cash needs, ensuring adequate funds are available to meet financial obligations.
• Identify and resolve payment failures, conduct root cause analysis, and oversee payment reissuance.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Ensure timely and accurate accounting postings and participate in month-end closing activities.
• Implement Treasury Management System and drive continuous improvement in treasury processes.
• Fulfill other ad hoc duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or finance
• 3-5 years of experience in corporate treasury.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Good organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong quantitative and spreadsheet skills.
• Familiarity with SAP.

Assembly is looking for an Account Executive, Affiliate Marketing for our growing and innovative APAC Affiliate Marketing team.  This person will coordinate the day-to-day operations for multiple affiliate programs. The role is full-time with several opportunities for growth into more senior marketing positions. This person will be responsible for affiliate communications and general account maintenance as well as assisting the APAC Director on our Affiliate Marketing team.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY

• Help the APAC Director manage and drive profitable customer acquisition through affiliate partnerships on various affiliate network solutions for Assembly affiliate clients
• Support APAC Director with the client onboarding process including setting up new affiliate accounts and creative assets
• Review and approve affiliate applications
• Monitor day-to-day affiliate activities, like responding to publisher inquiries, and drafting communications/newsletters for various campaigns
• Work closely with publishers to help maximize effectiveness of each affiliate program
• Work with the team to help execute affiliate promotional strategy and develop campaign ideas
• Run client reports on a weekly and monthly basis
• Work with the team to set up new offers in the affiliate networks via text and banner link

Supervise all activities of security staff to ensure compliance and proper application of department regulations and hotel policies. Documents all action in the department, including: emergencies, loss, theft, or accident.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manages the Security Department, alongside with Security Manager.
• Oversees the security department and their day to day operations.
• Trains all security personnel in their areas of responsibilities.
• Reviews policies, procedures, and instructions on a regular basis.

• Promotes a safety attitude amongst all employees.
• Ensures safety of persons in the hotel and property assets.

Job Requirements

The Cleaning Operations Manager is responsible for managing the cleaning operations of the organisation.
