Senior Instructor (Culinary)
[What you will be working on]
• Manage the day to day running of culinary production areas to the highest standard
• Ensure that all assets are operationally ready for daily running of all kitchens
• Advise in new recipes and menu development
• Provide feedback and consultative input in curriculum design, content, assessment and food preparation, service, operations and delivery
• Plan, implement, review and improve lesson plans regularly and when needed
• Perform other related duties as required
[What we are looking for]
• Qualification and/or background in Culinary-related discipline
• At least 8 years of F&B industry experience
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage Operations and Management
• Knowledge of food and industrial safety and sanitation best practices
• Experience in managing food costs and inventory
• Operational and production skills in culinary and food service with specialisation in Asian cuisine
• Knowledge and application skills for classical and modern Asian cuisine
• A team player who is adaptable, highly meticulous, with strong communication skills and a passion for interacting with youths
• History of participation in Culinary-related competitions, having the knowledge and/or experience with sustainably sourced food and eco-friendly dining concepts will be advantageous
