Responsibilities

The Store Manager will effectively lead, develop and support the members of a Tiffany store to meet and/or exceed sales plans and profitability targets. The Store Manager is a dynamic, attentive and inspiring leader who builds relationships with internal and external clients; someone who could be called a mentor, a teammate and a coach, who sets expectations for unsurpassed customer service. Responsibilities for accurate record retention, proper budgeting, inventory tracking, maintaining audit controls and facilities management are a portion of this position.

Achieve/Exceed Store Sales Plan

• Deliver and execute on pre-determined Annual Net Sales plan whilst meeting budget
• Understand and analyse the business needs, productivity, KPIs and provide business insights
• Lead the execution of retail excellence standards
• Identify and elevate out of stocks and merchandizing needs to drive growth through product assortment and presentation optimization
• Partner with key stakeholders to leverage knowledge of competitor activity and sales opportunities

Building a High-Performance Team

• Drive regular performance conversations at store and Client Advisor level to motivate and engage team
• Align resources to reflect the store needs traffic, client profile and product potential
• Managing staff costs and headcount within pre-approved budget
• Execute team training plan for store
• Address and action performance management issues in a timely manner through consistent feedback
• Assess team capabilities and build robust succession plan for the store, with identified High Potential talents and design of development plans
• Recruit and develop talent pipeline
• Maintain employee engagement through Tiffany value driven leadership and employee recognition.
• Constantly monitor the quality of talent in the competition and pro-actively keeps potential talent engaged until real opportunities arise

Build Client Portfolio

• Identify and activate new client sources (3rd party/mall partnership) with a focus on HNWC
• Build and develop best in class client centric teams
• Execute events in partnership with PR and gain business alignment with a commercial goal
• Lead the execution of the Tiffany Clienteling Programs in order to grow client portfolio
• Know and cultivate Top 10 Tiffany Registered (TR) customers in the store
• Ensure all Client Advisors achieve CD100 objectives
• Drive store data capture rate with a focus on the quality of information gathered and ensure consistency of personalized SP outreach

Operational Excellence

• Manage efficient Back of House and ensure consistency with established operational procedures
• Own compliance of store operations, health and safety, maintenance and store environment with all internal control procedures
• Identify and execute efficiencies and best practices

Customer Service/ In-Store Experience

• Ensure highest levels of in-store luxury experience at all times
• Master the Power of Blue selling ceremony, including Tiffany Touch and deliver service excellence
• Embody and inspire the highest luxury standards in presentation and behavior of all the staff
• Share client feedback received on Voice of Customer Survey to improve customer service
• Manage customer issues and complaints

Responsibilities:

• To provide sales department by providing cost of LV switch board
• Keep proper filling and records of quoted projects & single line diagrams
• Manage & upkeep of K3 & E-flow system.
• Fill in technical specifications for tender bidding
• Fill in schedules of rates for tender bidding
• Determine the amount, type, and cost of materials require foreach tender bidding & awarded M&E projects
• Determine the potential profitability of each M&E projects to assist management in making sound bidding decisions
• Providing viable solutions to increase project profitability
• Completing & submitting competitive project bids in accordance with specifications & requirements
• Regularly updating cost database in K3 system to accurately reflect fluctuating material & labour costs
• Ensure timely completion of quotation requested by sales department
• Ensure completion of quotation before tender closing date

Job Description:

1. Responsible and accountable for the safe and efficient operation of assigned vessels in accordance with the ship-management agreements, company procedures, guidelines and policies.

2. Prepare operating budgets, docking/upgrading specifications, budget follow-up and cost control.

3. Follow up and implementation of local, national and international rules and regulations and ensure implementation on board.

4. Prepare contingency activities, planning and organization.

5. Engage daily operations of the vessels, overseeing both technical and operational aspects.

6. Specify and approve the quality and quantity of goods (stores, spares) and services.

7. Provide technical support and applicable technical feedback to shipboard management.

8. Analyse all incidents, accidents, operational and performance reports, and Environmental Management System activities.

9. Ensure that the vessels are operated efficiently and, in an environment-friendly manner without compromising on safety.

10. Provide feedback for meetings with Head office in Japan.

11. Act as a window to communicate with Head office in Japan, shipbuilding industry and Class on technical issues.

12. Conduct flag change procedure for Japan flag.

13. Manage the delivery process for newly constructed vessels and oversee the management transfer of ship management.

Job Requirements:

1. At least 1 year of experience as a Master or Chief Engineer on an ocean-going vessel being assigned or an equivalent qualification.

2. Hold a minimum Diploma certificate or equivalent in Maritime Engineering.

3. At least 10 years of experience in the maritime industry.

4. Capable of supervising staff at sea.

5. Candidate should have good practical knowledge of vessel operations.

6. Adequate ability and attitude to work in a multicultural organization.

7. Basic computer skills are required.

8. Have adequate understanding of various regulatory requirement of shipping industry.

9. Good command of written Japanese is essential for preparing reports in Japanese and communicating with head office and related parties.

10. Knowledge of Certificate system for Japanese Flag vessels.

11. Ability to handle Japanese flag ships, providing technical support and managing documents in Japanese.

12. Ability to communicate & coordinate with Japanese owners and ship managers in Japanese.

13. Sailing experience on LNG vessels.
