To develop new prospects and manage existing customers in the enterprise and carrier market segments with a strong focus on driving revenue growth across PLDT Group’s telecom services , data center solutions, Cloud, IOT and other available digital platforms.

At least 5 years experience of solution selling and strategic dealmaking in the B2B Telecommunications and / or Data Center Sectors.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Possesses in-depth working knowledge of all enterprise products and services.
• In-depth working knowledge of the telecom , data center and ICT business processes within the country of assignment and Philippines, particularly PGC and PLDT ; must have thorough knowledge of telecoms and data center processes related to solutions design, service provisioning, billing, dispute resolution, and internal performance monitoring and reporting.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• Understanding the services provided by the industry; the trends, practices, laws, regulations; opportunities and threats confronting the industry.
• Knowledge and skills in choosing the market; analyzing financial statements and their implications; developing strategic solutions to the major business concerns of the organization; measuring and forecasting the impact of business decisions. Self-starter, proactive and committed to excellence and high standard.
• Able to communicate technical/non-technical ideas clearly in writing and orally; Able to make successful presentations to individual and/or groups at all levels of an organization.
