Source for musical scores

Arrange for extra rehearsals with musicians to ensure that quality of song

Source for the Costume and pros for your work performance (Can work with other musicians)

Sing in front of a live audience

Requirements

MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF STAGE EXPERIENCE

Main Vocal with strong knowledge of Mandarin Pop

Knowledge of Kpop is an advantage

Respond appropriately to guest song requests. Communicate guest requests to waiter as needed.

Understand and follow all company policies and procedures.

PHOTOGRAPH IS ESSENTIAL IN APPLICATION

--Maintaining and updating our database and student records through our school management system.

The Technician assists the Director of Engineering, Asst. Director of Engineering, Engineering Manager, Chief/Senior Maintenance Officer & Maintenance Officer with the day-to-day operations of Engineering, in line with Conrad standards, brand pillars and prescribed Hilton policies and procedures.

What will I be doing?

As the Engineering Technician, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Ensure all mechanical and electrical including all piping and fittings throughout the hotel are working satisfactory. Fabricate, repair and maintain mechanical and electrical system, structure and equipment inclusive sanitary, plumbing, waste and choke manhole etc.
• Repair and maintain all mechanical equipment, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, heat recovery, fresh air supply and exhaust air fans, rubbish bin, trolleys, wheels, all mechanical fittings,etc.
• Install or repair meters, starters, switchgears, fitting, wiring, vacuum machines, cables and all electrical, gas and fuel operated machine throughout the hotel.
• Inspect and replaced all fused lamps inside and outside the hotel including grounds, gardens and swimming pool light.
• Report and maintain television sets, antenna, signal booster and amplifiers.
• Observe and report any equipment, switchgears or wiring which are not functioning properly and rectify them.
• Check and conduct weekly test run generator set and also battery water level, engine oil, indicator water etc.
• To maintain daily log sheets for reading of temperature and pressures of electrical, air-conditioning system, water supply and heat recovery system.
• Check and repair defective flushing system, toilet bowls, urinals, basins and ventilation pipes.
• Check and repair all valves for hot and cold water and chilled water system.
• Check all water pumps systems, heat recovery, flush tanks, water tank heater and swimming pool, inclusive of all valves for hot and cold water systems and chilled water systems.
• Do cement and tiling work for all walls, car parks, beams, pillars and post, floor tiles, vinyl tiles, long bath and basin grouting, pipe and service riser and staircases.
• Construct edges, kerbs and pelmets.
• Weld coppers, galvanized and steam pipes.
• Install and repair washbasins, long bath, toilet bowls and urinals.
• Check, repair and replace washers, gaskets for taps and valves.
• Carry out all work in connection to plumbing and masonry.
• Perform duties as per safety and fire operation drill when and there the need arise.
• Respond promptly and positively to all guest requests, even if it does not directly concerned the department or job.
• Carry out shift/split shift or when called upon to perform odd duties whenever a person of the same category/trade fall sick/on vacation/in-camp training or absent from duties or as called upon to do so from time to time as required or directed by supervisors.
• Coordinate and report to Maintenance Officers, on job assignment and inform them of movement to enable easy and quick locate in case of emergency.
• Assist in keeping workshop areas, plant room and other equipment rooms clean at all times.
• Any other job assignments as and when required by his superiors.
• Participate in the annual fire evacuation drill exercise / building inspection conducted by FSSB.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Summary:

The Hypervisor, Storage, and Backup Lead is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the project’s virtual infrastructure, storage systems, and data backup solutions. This role ensures high availability, performance, and compliance across virtualized environments and data systems, providing seamless support and solutions for mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Hypervisor Management

• Design, implement, and maintain virtual infrastructure using hypervisor technologies, including VMware and Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager (OLVM).
• Monitor and optimize virtual machine performance, resource allocation, and utilization to ensure optimal system function.
• Ensure high availability and reliability of the virtual infrastructure through proactive maintenance, monitoring, and incident resolution.
• Manage and resolve incidents and problems within the virtual environment, collaborating with internal teams as necessary.

2. Storage Management

• Oversee the administration of storage systems, such as SAN (Storage Area Network) and NAS (Network-Attached Storage).
• Conduct regular storage health checks and utilization assessments, identifying and implementing optimization opportunities.
• Ensure adequate storage capacity is maintained to meet application and infrastructure demands.
• Address and resolve incidents and issues related to storage systems efficiently to minimize downtime.

3. Backup Management

• Manage and optimize backup solutions, ensuring data protection across the project’s environment.
• Monitor backup schedules to ensure successful completions, addressing any failures promptly.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory data retention policies and regulations.
• Resolve incidents related to the backup solution and perform necessary recovery actions.

4. Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of virtual environments, storage configurations, and backup procedures.
• Generate regular reports on system performance, capacity planning, and backup status to support decision-making.
• Prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports for high-severity incidents and collaborate on preventive measures.
• Escalate issues to vendors when necessary to ensure timely incident resolution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in hypervisor management (VMware, OLVM, or similar), storage systems (SAN, NAS), and backup solutions.
• Strong understanding of virtualization principles, resource allocation, and capacity planning.
• Proficient in storage administration, health monitoring, and incident management.
• Experience with backup and recovery systems, including scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address incidents quickly and effectively.
• Strong communication skills and ability to generate clear, detailed documentation and reports.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications in VMware, OLVM, or related virtualization and storage solutions.
• Experience with high-availability architectures and disaster recovery planning.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks related to data retention and recovery

Roles & Responsibilities

• The role will focus on project delivery and implementation for security related products across infrastructure and systems.
• Will also perform configuration, testing and maintenance support for the security devices.
• Experience in Information Security Risk Management, Vulnerability Management and Assessments.

Qualifications:

• CISSP/CCSP/CISM/CCSK certification or its equivalent is preferred
• Possess good technical skills with working knowledge and experience on cybersecurity technologies and tools - PAM (CyberArk), DAM (IBM Guardium, Imperva SecureSphere DAM), SIEM (Splunk, IBM Qradar, Endpoint (Trend Micro, Carbon Black) and VA scanner
• Familiar with IM8 policies
