ABOUT YOUR ROLE : You will be responsible for sales and account management for existing customers and develop new customers to achieve budgeted sales and profit contribution.  You will report to the Sales Manager and will be based in Alexandra Road,

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Grow the business by managing existing accounts and identifying new potential customers.,
• Promote the use of products to new and existing customers through the application of selling skills and building relationships with all levels within the target customers. 
• Understand our Product Portfolio and Sales Process.
• Solving technical issues with close coordination with the Quality Assurance & Technical Support Team.
• Manage market intelligence and monitor market trends in the region.
• Actively involved in timely collections from the customers
• Prepare regular reports, both for Internal and Customers like Sales Forecast, Customers’ Sales Forecast, Competitor Activity, Pricing Movements, Customer Complaints etc.

The Senior Front Office Supervisor is directly responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk while on duty. Leading the team to ensure that the Reception operations run smoothly at all times and supporting Receptionists in their day-to-day tasks. On a broader scale of Front Office Supervisor is to ensure that all of the hotel’s guests are greeted, assisted with a level of service, and welcomed in a genuine warm way at all times.

• Able to assist the Duty Manager to ensure smooth operations at the front office at all times.
• Assist the Duty Manager in reviewing the staffing roster at the commencement of the shift to ensure the best deployment for maximum efficiency.
• Able to assist the Guest Service Executive in resolving any operational issues.
• Able to assist the Duty Manager in controlling room inventory. Managed allocations according to hotel directives. Plan room allocation and prepare arrivals, bearing in mind any special requests.
• Coordinating with housekeeping daily to ensure rooms are cleaned on time, departures are checked out timely and VIP arrivals are checked.
•  Update PMS (Opera) and be able to use the program as an expert for the Front Office area. Able to train others to do so too.
• Promote, develop, and maintain strong working relations, ensuring that your shift/team runs smoothly and guests are greeted professionally, in a Heartist manner.
• Identify the person to whom he/she is speaking, and the subject of the request, and direct the guest accordingly.
• Monitor performance standards, reporting issues/concerns as needed.
•  Able to assist the Duty Manager in handling guests’ requests and complaints.
• Able to train all existing and new team members.
• Able to assist the ALL Star & in general be a Loyalty Ambassador who consistently promotes our Loyalty programs (Accor Live Limitless & ALL Plus).
•  Able to assist the Assistant/Front Office Manager in monitoring and checking on retro-claims.
• Strive to implement the Accor Vision and demonstrate active use of the Accor Values.

Job Responsibilities

• To perform cost in and cost approval for shipments includes air freight, logistics and trucking shipments.
• Arrange, handle & organize air import shipments to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Liaising with external and internal stakeholders for shipment status and handling.
• Attend to customers' requests for flight information, cargo and delivery status, permit, invoice, etc.
• Arrange custom clearance and declare permits.
• Arrange pickup/delivery to the consignee’s premises.
• Process and issue billing to customers.
• Other assignment assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

• Possess Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in Freight Forwarding with the understanding of incoterms will be an advantage
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Exceptional customer service and follow up skills

Responsibilities:

• Monitor Cyber Security Events related to voice 3.5 GHz C-Band Radio systems.
• Conduct a comprehensive review of event logs from the respective systems to identify and rectify anomalies promptly.
• Initiate and document reports on any identified security incidents, ensuring timely communication to IMDA/SH/M1.
• Ensure the Vulnerability Assessment aligns with IMDA 5G security requirements, facilitating compliance.
• Collaborate with telecommunication partners to engage external parties for both external and internal Penetration Tests on Network and Applications.
• Ensure the security platform remains up-to-date by actively tracking and identifying the latest security threats to the voice core network and system.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer/Telecommunication Engineering or a related field, or a minimum of three years of relevant working experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of substantial and proven work experience in telecommunication or cybersecurity management.
• Advantageous to hold certifications such as CISSP/CISA/GIAC or their equivalents.
• Demonstrated competence in managing Cyber Security Operations.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration.

My client is a reputable bunkering and energy trading company with offices around the globe. They are hiring an experienced Finance Manager for their Singapore office. This is a newly created role in Singapore hence there is a need to set up the accounting system for Singapore office.

Reporting directly to the Head of Singapore, you will prepare monthly financial statements, performing bank reconciliation, variance analysis, managing cashfolow, maintaining FA register, reviewing GST returns, monitoring inventory system, liaising with auditors and banks.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or ACCA equivalent
• Min 6 years of accounting experience with full set of experience with prior xperience in fuel oil and gas/ commodity trading industry would be advatanges
• Experience in Mark to market (MTM) and paper swaps will be advantages
