You will play an integral role in month end closing such as posting of journal entries, preparation of payments and receivables. You will be responsible for the balance sheet and audit schedules, as well as intercompany recharges. Lastly, you will be part of process improvement initiatives and company wide special projects.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Accountancy and Finance and be CA or CPA certified. A minimum of 5 years of relevant finance experience together with inter-company experience is a must. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are integral.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the semiconductor industry. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business growth. Use insights to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with the Technical Program Manager to align technical solutions with client requirements.
• Work closely with internal technical teams, including the Technical Program Manager and engineers, to ensure a seamless transition from business development to project execution.
• Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs. Clearly communicate the value proposition of our semiconductor packaging solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the Technical Program Manager and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions into client requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven track record of success in business development within the semiconductor industry, with a focus on IC assembly and packaging.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor industry trends, technologies, and client needs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and understand complex technical solutions.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
