What you'll be doing

• Support the COO with operations for Allied Health services, including process and system setup for new services
• Manage contracts, track performance, and ensure service quality improvements
• Oversee linen, laundry, and meal quality, addressing feedback from staff and patients, in collaboration with infection control

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, ensuring they align with the project’s goals, requirements, and standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate BIM workflows, fostering efficient communication and coordination throughout the project’s duration.
• Establish and implement quality assurance protocols to verify the accuracy and completeness of BIM models, ensuring they meet project specifications and adhere to industry standards.
• Proactively address and resolve BIM-related challenges or conflicts.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5-10 years of relevant work experience, highly proficient in the use of BIM software and in establishing required processes and procedures and framework for BIM in projects.
• Familiar with various aspects of engineering e.g. Civil, Structural, Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical.
• Possess a Degree in Engineering / Architecture or equivalent.
