· Perform Data Validation using Client's selected tools during each data migration cycle

· Deep-dive analysis of issues identified throughout Testing, Business Data Validation and Cutover cycles. Work across teams for triaging issues and resolution under a time pressure.

· Execute projects, setting project deliverables priorities, monitoring, reporting on the process, progress, risk, and result. Effectively communicate project status to the project stakeholder on a regular basis.

Technical Skills

At least one FULL life-cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA

Experience in SAP SD is a must - worked on implementations around IDOCs, Orders, Pricing, Invoicing, Outputs etc.

Performed detail system analysis, developed functional and technical specifications and hands-on configuration experience for S/4HANA in large-scale project implementation (preferably for a global, multi-national corporation)

Played a key SD functional role in all Testing phases and Cutover activities for S/4HANA project implementation. Experience in Test Automation, Data Migration and Data Validation tools are a big plus

Ability to efficiently interact with multiple organizations to successfully implement projects between multiple modules.

· Worked closely with Technical, DevOps and other teams in design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA.

Prinicipal Accountabilities

• Assist the Medical Social Worker in carrying out administrative work, in the delivery of social services to patients and their families.
• Be involved in the pre-admission work, such as taking on a new referral, liaising with the external agencies and internal team to facilitate a resident’s admission to the nursing home.
• Provide pre-admission and financial counselling to incoming patients and their families.
• Assist patients to apply for appropriate financial assistance schemes when needed (Medifund, Household Means Testing (Subvention), MFEC and other funding schemes).
• Assist applications of AIC Long Term Schemes (Eldershield, Elderfund, PGDAS, IDAPE, Careshield Life, etc.)
• Keep updated register and records of patients (electronic or written data).
• Attend to enquiries on referrals, service and charges.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments, care plan, documentations, interventions / progress, statistics on patients and referrals from various sources in a timely manner.
• Provide secretarial support to the MSW including data entry and filing to support the delivery of services to patients and/or families.
• Be involved in casework management of patients.

Other duties as instructed by the MSW

• Coordinate home visits and field work under the supervision of MSW.
