You'll need to have:

The Assistant Manager (Tenant Acquisition) is responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing suitable tenants for cooked food stalls in our food courts, coffee shops, hawker centres, and non-cooked stalls in markets. The role involves building relationships with potential tenants, understanding their business or space requirements, and ensuring optimal occupancy rates for the properties managed by the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, source and secure suitable tenants that fit into the desired food content and tenant mix for our food courts, coffee shops and hawker centres
• Arrange and attend to potential tenants for site visits / viewings
• Evaluate the prospective tenant’s proposal to make recommendation to approving parties for acceptance
• Negotiate and finalise rental and other terms and conditions with potential tenants
• Ensure tenant adheres to the lease terms following up from the signing of lease term to the opening of the stall
• Prepare leasing activities report to management
• Monitor all current and future vacancies to proactively react to future occupancy needs
• Keep abreast of latest competitors’ rentals and activities
• Work closely with the operations teams to maintain good tenant-landlord relationships
