We are looking for a Paralegal / Administrative Assistant (6 months contract) to join our Singapore office. This role reports to the Associate General Counsel and will primarily assist the Singapore Legal Department in the preparation of constitutive documents for investment fund products, handling filing matters, legal research, drafting of legal documents, ensuring proper communication, arranging of board meetings and co-ordinations of internal departments throughout the organization in relation to the authorization and ongoing operations of fund products. What are the ongoing responsibilities of this position?
