We are seeking a driven, experienced sales professional to accelerate our growth and establish a stronger global footprint for our refrigeration oil.

Qualifications & experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the refrigeration oil sector, preferably with experience in international markets.
• Extensive experience in selling refrigeration oils, particularly POE refrigeration oil.
• Proven track record of selling to established clients in the refrigeration or HVAC industry.
• Strong network in Europe and/or the USA is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to develop new markets and open new business channels.
• Ability to work independently, remotely, and with a high degree of initiative.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Drive the sales of refrigeration oil, leveraging your existing client network.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand market share in Europe and the USA.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients in the refrigeration and HVAC industries.
• Provide strategic input on market trends, competitor activity, and product positioning.
