Responsibilities:

• Manage, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems related to security surveillance, including IP CCTV, Perimeter Protection Systems (PPS), Physical Security Information Management Systems (PSIM), Video Management Systems (VMS), and audiovisual systems.
• Analyze, plan, implement, test, and manage integrated perimeter, video surveillance, and video analytics security systems, ensuring smooth operations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet clients' service delivery agreements and ensure seamless system functionality.
• Coordinate with contractors, clients, and partners to diagnose, resolve, and support both preventive and corrective maintenance of systems.
• Interpret and work with technical documentation, installation manuals, system drawings, and construction-related materials like floor plans.
• Assist the maintenance team to ensure system availability and reliability meets customer requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement new technologies for enhanced security and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct on-site electrical power and cabling work, ensuring adherence to construction safety and regulatory standards.
• Provide support during emergency situations, even outside of normal working hours, when required.
• Perform other technical-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Information Technology, Electrical/Electronic, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in security surveillance hardware and software administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of IP CCTV systems, PPS, PSIM, VMS, and audiovisual systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, system drawings, and construction plans.
• Hands-on experience in electrical power systems and cabling work, with a solid understanding of on-site operations.
• Familiarity with construction site safety regulations and protocols.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and handle pressure effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to respond to emergency situations and provide support outside regular working hours.

Job Summary

• We are seeking IT Project Manager to work on AI/ML projects, who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of AI and machine learning initiatives for AML models.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field;
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2-3 years focused on managing AI/ML projects in a financial services or technology environment;
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects, particularly AI/ML, automation, or data-driven initiatives;
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, including machine learning models, algorithms, and data analytics;
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project);
• Familiarity with data infrastructure, cloud computing, and AI/ML platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or on-premise solution;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and risks proactively;
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Desired Skill-set

• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or Agile (Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner);
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and data privacy standards (GDPR, PSD2, etc.) in the context of AI/ML solutions in banking;

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models, algorithms, and data pipelines;
• Engage with business units to understand AI/ML project requirements and translate them into actionable project plans;
• Lead cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, business analysts, and subject matter experts;
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards;
• Conduct regular status meetings and updates with stakeholders, including senior leadership;
• Ensure thorough testing and validation of AI/ML solutions to meet quality and security standards;
• Ensure the integration of AI/ML solutions into existing IT infrastructure and banking systems;
• Stay updated with industry trends and innovations in AI/ML to guide the bank’s technology strategy;
• Drive the adoption of best practices in project management and AI/ML development methodologies;
• Prepare and present detailed reports, project updates, and business cases for senior management.

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
• Assist in drafting the architect drawing
• Prepare and dispatch authorization letters from relevant authorities, and follow up with clients to obtain signatures and complete required information.
• Monitor, update, and report on the status of ongoing projects.
• Arrange for the purchase of plans from relevant authorities.
• Provide certified copies of approved plans and promptly send approvals to clients.
• Follow up with authorities regarding the status of approvals.
• Answer incoming calls, offering guidance or directing inquiries to appropriate personnel.
• Download approvals and update the project team on a daily basis.
• Prepare and submit necessary documents, such as submission forms, via e-Corenet.

Requirements:

• At least Diploma/Degree in Architectural / Interior Design or any relevant disciplines.
• Knowledge in using AutoCAD is a MUST
• Knowledge in Architectural Engineering is a plus.
