• Possessing proficient presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Liaising with sub-contractors, architects, engineers, and clients

Requirements

• Degree in architecture or equivalent
• Proficiency in MS Excel, 3D Studio Max, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD is essential
• 2 years of working experience in the related field required for this position
• Applicants must be willing to travel around the island as needed
• Preferably experienced in architecture for private landed properties and interior design

To attend site meeting, site walk for tendering and preparation quotation including proposal for biddings.

Understand tender drawing, shop drawing, as build drawing and 3D Revit system for MEP and Civil drawing details.

Assist office for tendering civil work, A&A work and MEP including QS job if required for tender submission.

Responsible managing project schedule and review constantly based on site progress and updating for client review.

Basic assistance as office admin in preparing timesheet for workers and admin documentations as and when is required for projects and office works.
