Position Overview: As a 3D Drafter (Interior Design), you will play a crucial role in translating conceptual designs into visually stunning 3D renderings. With your expertise in interior design and proficiency in 3D modelling software, you will bring our clients' projects, to life and ensure that every detail is meticulously crafted to perfection.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualisation and Visualisation: Work closely with our design team to conceptualise and develop interior design concepts for commercial spaces, landed properties, and residential projects. Translate these concepts into detailed 3D renderings that accurately convey the intended aesthetic and spatial layout.
2. 3D Modelling and Rendering: Utilise your proficiency in 3D modelling software (e.g., AutoCAD, V-Ray, 3ds Max) to create realistic 3D models of interiorspaces, furniture, fixtures, and architectural elements. Apply textures, lighting, and rendering techniques to produce high-quality visualizations that showcase design concepts effectively.
3. Portfolio Development: Maintain and update your portfolio with samples of your previous work, highlighting your expertise in designing commercial spaces, landed properties, and residential projects. Present your portfolio during client meetings and project presentations to demonstrate your capabilities and inspire confidence in our design solutions.
4. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with the design team, project managers, and clients to understand project requirements, incorporate feedback, and ensure alignment with project timelines and objectives. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a 3D Designer in the interior design industry, with a focus on commercial spaces, landed properties, and residential projects.
• Proficiency in 3D modelling software such as AutoCAD, V-Ray and 3ds Max.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your 3D design skills and experience in commercial, landed, and residential projects.

• Design and produce printing artworks/FA according to customers’ requirement using AI and photoshop

Key Responsibilities:

1. Laboratory Operations

• Assist with the daily laboratory activities for teaching and research activities

The Research Fellow will be responsible for completing the construction and development of multi-material micro-nano 3D printers (experimental platforms) based on new processes, and to realize the manufacture and application of parts.

• Design the mechanical structure, control system architecture scheme, CAD model slicing scheme of the new multi-material micro-nano 3D printer, and complete the construction and development of the mechanical system;
• Based on the mechanical structure of the designed multi-material micro-nano 3D printer and the required process route, the automation of the system is realized, and the coupling development of the multi-material micro-nano 3D printer machinery and control system is completed;
• Realize the successful manufacture and application exploration of multi-material composite parts with complex shapes;

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Scenic Art, Fine Art, Sculpture, Theatre Production, Graphic or equivalent from a recognized art institute.
