• Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related engineering fields (Ph.D. preferred).
• 1-5 years of research or development experience in relevant fields, including but not limited to: generative AI (images, videos, animations), multimodal large language models, animation interpolation and optimization, motion/gesture/expression recognition, AR/VR, NeRF/3D Gaussians. Priority will be given to those who have published papers in relevant academic conferences and journals as the first author, such as Siggraph, CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, AAAI, ICLR, NeurIPS, etc.
• Proficiency in one of the AI development frameworks TensorFlow/PyTorch, with experience in computer vision and AI algorithm development; familiarity with generative networks (such as VAE, Diffusion, GAN).
• Familiarity with basic computer graphics knowledge, understanding of character animation driving methods. Familiar with mainstream 3D animation editing and rendering software such as Blender, Maya, UE, or Unity.
• Strong independent thinking and development skills, and willingness to collaborate with the team.

As the 3D Graphics Designer, you will harness your passion for 3D design, technical proficiency, and creative flair to produce captivating visualizations. Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Create high-quality 3D models, animations, and visual effects using industry-standard software.

2. Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to develop creative concepts and execute them to completion.

3. Interpret and transform ideas and concepts into detailed 3D visualizations.

4. Work on a variety of projects including product design, marketing campaigns, architectural visualizations, and virtual reality (VR) content.

5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current design trends, techniques, and technologies.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience as a 3D Graphic Designer or similar role in a creative or digital agency.

3. Strong artistic and technical skills in 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, and rendering.

4. Excellent understanding of composition, colour theory, and visual storytelling.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.

6. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or related field preferred.

2. Additional certifications or training in 3D modelling and animation is a plus.

3. Proven ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas effectively.

4. Experience with motion graphics and video editing software is advantageous.

5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Technical Competencies:

1. Proficiency in 3D modelling software such as Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender.

2. Experience with rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Arnold) and compositing software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Nuke).

3. Understanding of polygonal modelling, texturing, rigging, and animation principles.

4. Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python) for automation and customization is desirable.
