Job Description:

• Report directly to the Centre Management.
• Assist the centre management with running the operations of the centre.
• Actively drive sales volume through quick follow-ups with potential clients.
• Provide accurate information to clients on policies, procedures and service.
• Strong case resolution skills to resolve client feedback and complaints on promised actions and that client needs are addressed in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Work closely with other managers to ensure that all MOH service requirements on financial and quality aspects are strictly adhered to through rigorous and constant internal checks.
• Ensuring that the logistics and operational capability of the centre runs smoothly.
• Ensuring timely and appropriate administration and documentation according to required law, processes and regulations.
• Participate & represent on behalf of the company’s services with confidence.
• Represent the centre in the absence of any management.
• Communicate clearly and appropriately with clients & business partners, always speaking with the understanding of tone and choice of words.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any field is welcome.
• 5-days work week. Rotational weekends (Sat & Sun) required.
• Preferably minimum 1 year in operational role.
• Preferable experience working with MOH or other relevant stakeholders in the healthcare industry in general.
• Applicants with operational backgrounds in other industries such as hospitality are welcome to apply.
• Experience working with elderly in the community would be good to have.
• Hands-on and enjoys community setting.
• Able to work independently with little supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with IT.
• Able to speak local languages and dialect (preferable).

The role will require the candidate to manage the outlets' overall operation such as ensuring raw ingredients and non-food supplies are available at all times, ensure administration is fit and proper, and high customer satisfaction. The successful candidate should be resourceful, energetic, has good interpersonal and communication skills, and be ready to work long hours.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all operational requirements are met as per checklist
• Manage outlet staff's scheduling, attendance and general conduct
• Act as main liaison between staff and management staff
• Plan, strategize and coordinate marketing activities with the marketing department to boost sales
• Manage food and non-food supplies, including liaising with suppliers on key negotiations

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years as outlet/restaurant supervisor in the F&B industry in Singapore
• Applicant with relevant certificates recognized in the F&B industry will be advantageous
• Energetic and resourceful to meet the demand of this role
• Applicant with strong knowledge in the F&B halal segment will be advantageous
• Must be willing to perform ad-hoc
• Must be able to work night shift or split shift
• Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed

We are looking for an Operations Executive to support and enhance TFA’s administrative and operational processes to deliver direct positive impact to the business.

What you'll be doing

• Work closely with TFA’s core management to support various strategic initiatives across HR, sales and marketing functions
• Manage existing sales performance trackers and reports to analyse data, identify trends and inform strategic decision-making
• Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and suggest and implement solutions to streamline operations and reduce cost
• Support basic accounting functions including bookkeeping, payroll and tax compliance
