Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the target sectors, developing and executing targeted account plans
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts, including C-level executives
• Develop and present compelling solutions that address customer challenges and leverage the latest ICT technologies
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, drive revenue growth, and contribute to the overall success of the business
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the target sectors
• Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales engineering, marketing, product management) to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of proven success in enterprise sales, account management, or business development within the ICT industry
• Demonstrated experience in selling complex solutions to customers in the Aviation or E-commerce sectors
• Strong understanding of IT trends, including cloud computing, networking, cybersecurity, and digital transformation
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach

• Lead the entire food services operations and handle any operational related matters

• Analyze on an ongoing basis, internal and external events that affect Business Unit financial budget so as to provide ideas and leadership for both short term tactics and long term plans.

• Responsible for Business Unitsfinancial budgets and preparation of periodic financial reports / statements for management purposes.

• Supervise and work closely with Director Operations/ COO on the Business Unit financial target and ensure their operating effectiveness.

• Establish overall organization development strategy for both short and long term needs of the business.

• Implement appropriate and efficient approaches to meet sales target.

• Continue review and assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the company’s policies, procedures, processes and identify improvement opportunities in line with the defined Business Units performance framework.

• Work closely with CafeManager to ensure that the deployment of manpower effectively serves the critical goals and needs.

• Provide leadership and guidance to Cafe Manager on addressing the

service, organization and cost saving issues.

• Build and maintain good working relationship with the clients and contract retention.

• Monitor service, food and beverage standards; work with the Chef to take corrective action where necessary.

Sales Account Manager

Job Description:

1. Build strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers for IBMS/BMS Systems in local market.

2. Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed.

1. Collaborate with various internal departments and consultants to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests and focus on improving the customers’ experience.

2. Resolve complaints and keep track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires.

3. Build and strengthen the relationship with M&E consultants, contractors and developers.

4. Collect and analyze data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs to ensure the KPIs are met.

5. Prepare quotations, tender compliances and marketing proposals.

6. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent.

2. 3 to 5 years working experience in related industry.

3. Good technical knowledge of IBMS/BMS Systems

4. Able to build and maintain good rapport with all internal and external stake holders including clients, M&E consultants, contractors, developers and team members.

5. Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.

6. Professional experience in a sales or customer service role.

7. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Remuneration:

• $4,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare payment vouchers and cheques.
• Enter inventory transactions.
• Handle sub-ledgers functions.
• Maintain detailed, perpetual inventory records and produce periodic reports.
• Handle other accounting matters such as verifying creditors statements etc.
• Handle banking transactions.
• Upkeep subsidiaries accounting transactions.
• Check and match DO, PO, GIR to suppliers invoice.
• Liaise closely with purchasing staff and store staff on suppliers documents.
• Filing of accounting documents.
• Project labour cost.
• Maintain good housekeeping in the accounts department.
