Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing NPS for company and dealers to ensure that NPS targets are met monthly
• Managing and leading franchise brand ownership benefits programs and CRM activities
• Ensuring timely submission of signups to program partners
• Ensure all CRM activities related to the franchise brands are executed according to the requirements and the respective Brands.
• Responsible for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) function and processes to engage current and future customers.
• Responsible for managing the Customer Feedback Management (CFM) system & ensuring all live cases are monitored closely, liaising with stakeholders with the objective that each case is handled resolved, and closed promptly. And updating them promptly in Salesforce.
• Disseminate all written feedback (letters, emails, website, customer feedback etc) to the respective managers in the dept: Sales, Parts, Service, others including Managing Director, department head, Legal dept, and Franchises Principals (where necessary) immediately upon receipt.
• Compile and analyze customers complaints/ feedback statistics regularly (weekly & monthly) to determine areas for improvement in operations with the objective of improving service level and meeting customer expectations.
• Managing and attending to all the administration and reports on customers feedback, Customer Service Index (CSI) & Customer Viewpoint (CVP) that such information would be used by respective Manager to improve service level and/or operations. Analyze and interpret CVP/ CSI trends.
• Responsible for managing and achieving principal set retail standards (CVP, Mystery Shopping, Podium)
• Management of customers database for purposes of introducing customer programs: loyalty etc.
• Update/Maintenance of database accuracy and quality
• Overall Salesforce system management for Sales & Aftersales, Marketing & CRM

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist Senior Vice President, Technical Services to provide actuarial services and analysis to the underwriting, claims, business development, reinsurance and finance managers.
• Introduce best practice actuarial science to the business process including premium rating
• Undertake any other duties as may be assigned.

• Preferably with Actuarial Science, Mathematics or Statistics degree and currently pursuing professional qualifications from the Casualty Actuarial Society/Institute of Actuaries/Institute of Actuaries of Australia
• Should ideally be one to two years from obtaining the professional qualification above

• Knowledge and experience in general insurance actuarial practice especially in areas of premium rating, portfolio monitoring, reserving, risk/financial/capital modelling
• Statistical knowledge
• Good understanding of data, actuarial software and programming languages including analytics and visualisation tools
• Preferably with experience in a consultancy firm or/and general insurance company
• Ideally a minimum of 2 years experience in a general insurance actuarial practice
• Business oriented, able to suggest practical recommendations
• Some general insurance business knowledge

• Working alongside project lead in managing survey operations for company-based surveys.
• Acting as liaison for collection teams and other teams (e.g. Systems for technical troubleshooting, training for concept questions)
• Working with the various teams to secure support for the collection teams (e.g. Ensuring they have the needed templates or data on hand to do their job)
• Making data driven decisions to achieve survey targets
• Supporting the collection teams with data and direction Conduct after-action reviews to improve processes and propose new initiatives
• Preparing survey related administrative matters (e.g. Crafting email notifications, compiling feedback)

Job Responsibilities:

Accounts Payables and Receivables Management:

Oversee the maintenance of accounts payables and receivables.

Expense Allocation:

Assign expenses to appropriate accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoices, expense reports, and verifying posting entries.

Commercial Card and Cash Advances:

Manage timely payment of monthly commercial card expenses and handle the issuance and settlement of staff cash advances.
