Fund Management and Reporting

• Track and report opening balances for all accounts.
• Manage and reconcile balances across different bank accounts.
• Place fixed deposits (FDs) as per end-of-day procedures.

Online Banking and Data Maintenance

• Maintain up-to-date online banking records for all users and bank accounts.
• Ensure timely updates and data accuracy in financial systems.

Petty Cash and Administrative Functions

• Handle petty cash transactions and associated administrative tasks without errors.
• Record and maintain supporting documents for all financial transactions.

Accounts Payable Continuity

• Act as a backup for the AP team during their absence to ensure continuity of operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain workflow consistency.

Supporting Documentation and Compliance

• Record, organize, and maintain supporting documents for all payments and fund-related activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.

Recommendation and Insights

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable, fund management, or financial operations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and online banking platforms.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

You will manage tax tasks: reconciliation, journal entries, GST returns, tax filings, and transfer pricing documentation.

• Ensure timely submissions for tax instalments, regulatory filings, and compliance with IRAS requirements.
• Liaise with tax managers, advisors, and authorities on audits and correspondence.
• Prepare accurate financial closings, Income Statement, and Balance Sheet analysis.
• Support business reporting, ad hoc analyses, and audit processes.
• Conduct account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with finance documentation, regulatory audits, and ISO/IATF compliance.
• Provide training on Concur/ReadSoft and handle system-related issues.
• Drive process improvements and assist with ad hoc assignments.

Requirements:

You would need min fegree in accounting, finance, or related field with 2–5 years of experience. Other requirements are as follows:

• Knowledge of US GAAP, SFRS, and tax accounting preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and Excel skills.
• Effective communication, adaptability, and leadership qualities.
• SAP experience is a plus.
