The Opportunity

• Validate data and process various types of vendor invoices and employee reimbursements.
• Oversee daily department operations to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
• Maintain detailed and accurate financial records and client information.
• Compile, analyze, and present financial reports to management and stakeholders.
• Establish and drive the achievement of departmental goals.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with team members, clients, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and controls, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop standardized processes to enhance internal efficiency, including creating templates for company-wide use.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, management, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with SAP is an advantage.
• Strong planning and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior supervisory experience is an asset.

Job Description

• Managing AP using accounting software and other programs
• Handling accounts for separate entities and vendors
• Ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures

• Preparation of inventory report.

Job Requirement:

• Account/ Business / Economics related qualifications required
• Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping

Your Role

As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in helping enterprise clients unlock the full potential of monday.com, driving value, and fostering long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Gain a deep understanding of the monday.com platform and connect its features to customer ROI.
• Identify and drive growth opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and add-ons.
• Consult with clients to optimize their internal workflows and encourage organizational change.
• Develop and execute customer promotion programs to increase platform adoption.
• Collaborate with the customer success team to deliver seamless account management.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2–4+ years in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or consulting with large enterprise accounts.
• Skills: Proven ability to manage full sales cycles, exceptional presentation skills, and strong communication (written and verbal).
• Attributes: Positive, empathetic, self-motivated, and high emotional intelligence (EQ).
• Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in any discipline.
• Bonus: Prior experience in strategy consulting is a plus.
