• Upload and update event calendars, manual payment requisition records and SOP in a timely manner
• Assist and monitor cleaning contractor passes, attendance and performance

Requirements

• Minimum "O" level or its equivalent
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Administrative work, preferably in the F&B industry
• Possess Computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Ability to speak Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking associates
