Job Title: Pharma Bio Account Support Specialist

Job Type: Contract - 12 Months
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join the Biomedical Sciences Industry Partnership Office on a contract basis to manage and engage with an expanding portfolio of public-private R&D partnerships involving multinational corporations and foreign biotech companies. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and research support, ensuring smooth account management operations and effective engagement with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage logistics for meetings, including scheduling, room bookings, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and file reports, presentations, and documentation related to account management activities.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure seamless team operations.
- Assist in maintaining and updating account management databases and tracking progress on engagement efforts.
- Support team members in organizing and preparing materials for account discussions.
- Conduct detailed research on company and public R&D research profiles, including capabilities, strengths, and potential collaboration opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, particularly in the pharmaceutical and biotech landscape, to identify alignment opportunities.
- Work closely with team members to ensure alignment on account strategies and activities.
- Support the preparation of reports and insights to inform stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with the biotech landscape is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent research and analytical skills, with an ability to distil complex information.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in account management, stakeholder engagement, or partnership coordination within the biotech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries.
- Prior administrative experience, preferably in research, pharmaceutical, or biotech environment.
