What you will be working on

Systematically promote digital and process innovation by:
• Designing and implementing processes to systematically discover opportunities where business processes could be further optimised and digitalised
• Working with such business owners to map and analyse their current processes and workflows

Your Assignment

• To lead the store Business Plan process together with the Steering Team and proactively work with local market data to understand people’s life at home and our customers experience across all touchpoints to provide relevant insights;

Service Delivery Management:
