We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team supporting our client in the Financial Services sector. The ideal candidate will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of the online marketing efforts. The Assistant Outlet Manager will assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all facets of the outlet. He must maintain and control a high level of guest service. This is achieved by ensuring consistent and thoughtful service, demonstrated by the restaurant staff. Position Overview:
As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth strategy by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating long-term relationships with clients, and exploring new markets. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Degree or Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the import/export, logistics, or courier industry.
• Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth, closing deals, and managing key accounts.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to think strategically, with a keen understanding of market trends and business opportunities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently.
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English (required to liaise with China-based clients).

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a comparable role, specializing in contract management and administration, particularly in the construction industry
• Profound knowledge in Contract Negotiation and Administration
• Relevant experience in both Singapore's public and private sector projects
• Relevant experience in handling subcontracts
• Knowledgeable, experienced, and well-versed in the application of various Conditions of Building Contracts commonly adopted locally
