About the team
Information System is based on the needs of the company's internal system construction and responsible for the planning and construction of internal human resources, finance, workplace service, legal affairs, procurement, approval and other internal systems, demand and project management, information security management, system configuration, operation and maintenance of the company.
Responsibilities
1. Lead the alignment of information needs with HR, legal, financial, administrative, physical security, and other business departments. Gain a deep understanding of the business process and needs, by developing a comprehensive information solution and building information systems through low-code tools such as aPaaS to improve business efficiency, and meet the company's requirements and goals;
2. Manage the aPaaS implementation team by developing strategies and goals for team development. Establish an efficient team collaboration mechanism that actively solves challenges and ensures that projects are completed on time to a high standard;
3. Oversee project risk management by monitoring progress, promptly adjusting project plans to mitigate risks, coordinating project resources, optimizing timelines, and ensuring the quality of project delivery;
4. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure that information systems effectively meet the needs of different departments. Improve acceptance of information projects among business departments, and promote the successful implementation of information projects;
5. Continuously monitor trends in information technology, encourage team learning and innovation, and motivate team members to continuously improve their professional skills and overall team performance.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above;
2. Possesses strategic thinking and decision-making ability, strong decision-making skills and provides support for the company's informatization strategy;
3. Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to effectively organize teams to implement development standards, monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and coordinate resources for successful project delivery;
4. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively convey requirements with different departments, coordinate resources, solve problems, and drive project progress.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with extensive experience in information requirement analysis and project management;
2. Proficient in low-code tools such as aPaaS, with experience in assisting business departments in rapidly building information systems.
