Position Overview

The Customer Service Officer (CSO) is a vital member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support. This role involves handling inbound queries, managing equipment rental bookings, and identifying opportunities to increase sales through excellent service.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service and Support

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, walk-in and live chat with professionalism and empathy.

• Provide feedback on customer service processes and equipment offerings to enhance business

Requirements:

• Diploma required; further education or certification in customer service, sales, or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in customer service, with a background in sales or a target-driven environment preferred.
• Familiarity with sales software and CRM tools is a plus.
