Job description

1. Admin / Accounts Duties (60%)

• Generate and clear outstanding payments for all outpatient invoices, including insurances (e.g Fullerton, AVIVA, Adept Health, etc)
• Generate billing, update tracking sheet & clear outstanding payments for all inpatient / hospital bills
• Handling and ensure timely submission of all insurance claims via their provider portal and to Finance in HQ
• Print out reports on outstanding bills / invoices of both private / e-private and corporate / e-corporate
• Submit and clearing of payments for MediClaim transactions
• Ensure time submission of mid and end month accounts to HQ
• Ensure the tax invoices from Parkway Lab / Radiologic Clinic are charged correctly PayNOW & TPA tracking
• Submit insurance claims via the portal and update tracking sheet
• Handle insurance & hospital queries
• Submit daily POS collection report to HQ (Account) on a weekly basis

2. Perform General Clinic / Reception Duties (30%)

• Register and triage of new and existing patients
• Perform height and weight measurement
• Handle of all incoming calls and patient’s enquiries
• Make and change appointment for patients
• Scan and attach of patient’s personal documents in CMS
• Collect of charge payment, such as NETS, VISA, AMEX, CASH
• Open and close the daily float for Cash Register and Petty Cash
• Close Point of Sale (POS) at the end of the day
• Preparation of Bank-In Cash (if any)
• Tallying of money in the Cash Register
• Settlements for NETS & Credit Card Terminal
• Daily input of fridge temperature

3. Any other duties assigned by the Doctors / Clinic Manager (10%)

Job requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Tech-savvy individuals and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Good interpersonal skills
• Able to commit 5.5 days work week (Half-Day Saturday)

• In charge of the preparation of entities’ monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with all regulatory requirements, including SFRS, Corporate tax, Charity and IPC specific reporting obligations
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, including the analysis and commentary on major variances
• Provide monthly audit schedules and assist in internal and external audit queries
• In charge for preparation of entities corporate tax (ECI) and work closely with tax agent to file annual corporate tax returns
• Handle all tax queries and tax audit whenever required
• Assist with preparation of transfer pricing documentation
• Support and ensure compliance with all financial filling requirements, corporate tax filling requirement
• Involve in continuous process improvement for more effective and efficient operation
• Assist in new business initiatives and system implementation when required
• Able to work within tight deadlines

Qualifications and requirements:

• Degree in accounting or ACCA and/or its equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years working experience with full set accounting and preferably with audit/tax background.
• Good working knowledge of SFRS and Singapore tax.
• Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook
• A self-starter who can plan, organize and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently
• Can-do attitude, good team player, driven and passionate.

Job Description

1. Transaction Monitoring

• Timely escalation of any suspicious transactions/ parties identified arising from the review of daily/ monthly alerts
• Performed investigations and conducted independent analysis on suspicious transaction activities/ parties. Assessed and recommended the need for STR filing/ exit of accounts
• Prepared STR (where warranted) and internal report/ narrative that detail investigation findings. Responsible for following up on any MAS queries
• Tabled complex cases to the Senior Management for further deliberation and approval
• Monitored any transactional activities post STR filing and advised the business accordingly.

2. Implement AML/CFT controls, policies and procedures

• Support the implementation of risk and compliance controls in accordance with AML/CFT policies and frameworks
• Conduct routine monitoring and surveillance activities
• Execute regulatory AML/CFT compliance management procedures and escalate deviations
• Support internal AML/CFT compliance testing activities
• Generate suspicious activity reports for trade, transactions and other activities
• Track the implementation of AML/CFT policies, processes and procedures and evaluate their effectiveness

3. Execute AML/CFT-related administration

• Ensure AML/CFT-related policies, processes, activities and reports are documented
• Monitor communication channels for AML/CFT queries and escalate to relevant parties
• Direct stakeholders to AML/CFT resources and references
• Report AML/CFT issues from a technology system standpoint
• Gather evidence and documentation for AML/CFT investigations

4. Support AML/CFT knowledge management

• Conduct research on industry best practices and developments to update knowledge management systems
• Gather information on the latest regulations and requirements to support the preparation of AML/CFT reports
• Compile AML/CFT activity status reports
• Document AML/CFT assessments, monitoring and surveillance findings
• Coordinate responses to compliance queries and/or regulatory queries concerning AML/CFT
• Assist in preparation of AML/CFT-related training materials
• Disseminate AML/CFT-related communication and memos

Job Requirements

2. As Candidate is required to be familiar with the AML/CFT requirements of MAS, those with at least 3 years of working experience in a bank in Singapore (with not more than 6 FIs) will have advantage.
