Responsibilities

Responsible for the full payroll functions of selected companies
Provide support in leave administration, employee benefits administration, medical claims, work pass applications, WICA, etc.
Support the consolidation of HR reports / analysis for the Group and generate statistical reports as and when required
Supervise and ensure proper maintenance and control of employees’ data
Provide end to end recruitment support for all levels of staff, including job advertisement positing, screening and interview scheduling
On-boarding preparation and orientation
Managing employee relations, such as grievance handling, disciplinary issues and attending to feedbacks or complaints
Managing employee exit in a sensitive manner during exit clearance and interviews in preparation for off-boarding
Assist in ad-hoc HR Project and any other assigned duties

Requirement

Certificate or Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Minimum 1- 2 years of related working experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills / easily connects with people
Knowledge in payroll software, those with knowledge in using of InfoHRIS would be an added advantage
Working knowledge of labor regulations and statutory guidelines
Self-motivated, able to multi-task and work with minimum supervision
Meticulous, resourceful with a positive work attitude

Job Description:

The Customer Services Officer is responsible to present a welcoming and knowledgeable experience to patients and customers at the Information Counter and in Thomson Medical Centre (TMC). He/She is responsible for smooth hospital operations, display consistent excellent service level to all internal and external customers at all times, including duties assigned by Manager, Hospitality and Senior Manager, Guest Services.

Responsibilities:

Handle walk-in and telephone enquiries at the information counter or in the lobby, provide information on general directions for clinics, wards and facilities in the hospital, booking of hospital tour, price list for hospital stay, etc.

Handle complains/feedbacks professionally if any.
Conduct maternity/hospital tours to introduce potential patients
Process walk-in membership application.
Reply Guest Services and Membership emails enquires on a timely manner.
Accompany patients to their respective wards and conduct room orientation or the delivery suite after the completion of the admission process when required.
Assist to receive hospital items such as gift packs to patients, do stock-take, help to deliver to patients at the ward and keep record of hospital inventory items.
To support/cross coverage for fellow colleagues from Concierge, Bellhop and Guest Services Associates when they are on meal breaks, sick leave, annual leave etc when required.
Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

GCE “N”, “O” Level or Diploma
At least 2 years’ experience in healthcare or hospitality industries
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Works precisely and accurately with details and factual information.
Demonstrates pro-active role in anticipating customer needs and delivering satisfaction.
Possesses pleasant personality, service oriented.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
Independent, self-motivated, and results-driven.
Good Team Player.
5 days work week/Saturday is a working day
Off on 1 of the weekday and rest day on Sunday
Mon to Fri 8:00am to 5:30pm / 8:00am to 5:00pm

The doctor will be part of a team assisting in managing patients, with duties including conducting daily ward rounds, as well as supervision and teaching of House Officers. He/She will assist in running clinics, as well as assist in carrying out procedures and operations as permitted by the senior doctors. He/She will also be required to perform night duties as decided by the Head of Department, and according to the operational requirements of the Hospital.

Doctors employed for service provision may be granted temporary medical registration for up to 24 months, subject to the doctor's employment contract, conditions stipulated by SMC and the doctors' and institutions' compliance with SMC's supervisory framework.

These doctors may be eligible for conditional registration upon obtaining a postgraduate qualification recognised by SMC or fulfiling such prevailing conditions as may be specified by SMC from time to time.

The doctor must:

be in active clinical practice;
have a basic medical degree from an accredited medical university or medical school;
have passed the relevant national licensing examination in the country of conferment of basic degree, where applicable;
have evidence of at least 12 months housemanship/internship with a certificate of satisfactory completion of housemanship or equivalent;
have at least 3 years of post housemanship working experience as a medical officer (or equivalent) in the relevant field/specialty or possess a postgraduate medical qualification in the relevant field/specialty
fulfil the English Language requirements of Singapore Medical Council (SMC);
have been registered as a medical practitioner in the country where he is currently practising in;
have been certified to be of good standing by the Medical Council or the relevant national authority.
