About the Role
Our client, a dynamic IT Solutions company with offices in Singapore and Malaysia, is looking for a Sales Manager (Senior) or Account Manager (Junior) to join their team at their Ubi office in Singapore. This role is perfect for driven individuals with a passion for building client relationships and achieving sales targets in the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of clients to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored IT solutions that meet client needs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring profitability.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to the management team.
- Support account management activities, including issue resolution and client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
- A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in IT solutions or technology-related industries.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to identify client needs and propose solutions.
- Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients is an advantage.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset with a passion for client success.
