Working Hrs: 6 Days work week, 7.30am-6pm

Salary: $6500 – $7500, Depending on Qualification, Experience & Capability.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Workplace Safety and Health or equivalent
• Must be Singapore Registered Safety Officer / Workplace Safety & Health Officer with MOM
• Must have at least 3 years WSHO experience in LTA projects, tunelling projects

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identifying and recommending best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce work process risks, raise safety awareness, and improve safe work practices.
• Conduct or coordinate In-House Awareness Program, Safety Promotions or other safety-related activities
• Perform safety audits and inspection of the Company’s worksites to identify and correct potential hazards, and to ensure safety regulation compliance.
• Investigate accidents, near-miss incidents, and occupational injuries to determine causes, install preventive measures, and manage return-to-work activities.
• Prepare hazard analysis reports and examine and ensure workplace records are kept under the WSHA.
• Other duties assigned by Project Manager

- Main contact point for customers.

- need to liaise with warehouse and suppliers related to their account they handled

- handling of inbound and outbound of the customer shipment, includes discrepancies

- handles emails, and phone calling.

- arrange local transportation, Courier booking or export booking if any

- Generating of report

- inventory management and Stock take

- Month end Billing

- any other ad hoc request from superior

- backup buddy system

- working hours - Mon to Friday 8.15am to 5.30pm
