Role Description

This is a full-time solo contributor role for an Senior Account Executive / Manager located in Singapore. The Senior Account Eexecutive / Manager will be responsible for understanding clients' business objectives and developing strategic plans, managing project timelines and budgets, cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships, collaborating cross-functionally with internal and external teams, and ensuring outstanding delivery of services to clients.

Main Responsibilities:

· Follow up on behalf of MD for new customers enquiries & follow through on order confirmation

· Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads as provided by MD

· Handle potential customers' enquiries and gather feedbacks/comments on product samples and direct to relevant departments

· Generate sales report & quotations

· Co-ordinate and handle admin for specific export shipments

· Any other ad-hoc task as assigned by the MD

What You’ll Do:

1. Seek out potential and new customers who are OEMs, EMS, CEMs, and end-user customers to achieve sales targets.
2. Reach out and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers through various channels, including but not limited to cold calling, proposal emails, and in-person meetings.
3. Process the sales orders to meet customers' requirement, for example, Spot-buy, lead time buy (bulk production order) and Excess Material resales.

About You:

1. Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in a related industry, specifically in electronics components trading, or 3 years of sales experience in a different field.
2. Background from a top 50 company in the industry, as well as experience in other SME trading companies, is advantageous.
3. A high-energy and persistent approach to sales especially telesales, with a strong drive for success.
4. Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills, logical thinking, a positive attitude, and the ability to work under pressure.
