The Role

The role includes assisting in the preparation of various reports and analysis to provide valuable assistance to the business. This also involves serving the regional finance team with monthly packs and reports. Accurate data entry into the accounting system and payment details into online banking systems are critical, post approval as per SOA. The position also requires managing tax matters such as withholding tax and GST.

Your Profile

The desired candidate should possess a degree in Accountancy or certification as a CPA, ACCA, or CA, along with at least 8 years of audit and accounting experience. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• ⁠Manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• ⁠Process and verify purchase invoices, credit notes and debit notes.
• ⁠Coordinate approval flows for purchases, invoices, and payments.
• ⁠Maintain accurate vendor records including contact information and payment terms.
• ⁠Ensure compliance with European and Singaporean tax regulations and accounting standards.
• ⁠Perform reconciliations for vendor accounts and monitor outstanding balances.
• ⁠Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting.
• ⁠Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
• ⁠Provide support for internal audits and external audits.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Must be familiar with using digital platforms for accounting and financial management
• Experience with ISA or IFRS will be a plus
• ⁠Proficiency in MS Application, financial software and ERP/CRM system
• Salary from $3,500 onwards
• 9am to 6pm (Mon to Fri), 20 days annual leaves
• Commencement at the earliest
• Located Sin Ming Lane.
