Summary:

The Offsite Security Analysts are a key component of our SOC-as-a-Service operations.  They are on the front line receiving and triaging alerts from our clients who require dedicated support.  Our Security Analysts have strong network and security knowledge, are strong problem solvers, and work under time pressure to quickly analyze and report security threats in our client’s networks.

The Offsite Security Analyst will be reporting to the Offsite Lead, he/she will be working closely with the client’s cybersecurity threat operation management team.

•  Perform the security tasks for PCIDSS Compliance and other Aspire Lifestyles-related compliance required for internal and external audits (ISO27001, SOC2 Type II, etc.) and ensure successful completion.
• Provide technical consultation and support on the resolution of the findings on the security tests done.
• Assist compliance officers/managers in preparing and timely submission of security evidence for audits (remote and onsite) and ensure timely and successful closure of assessments.
• Provide security support for client assurance (evidence, questionnaire and audits).
• Perform or coordinate PCI DSS scans and penetration tests including tracking of findings remediation, required for PCI DSS Compliance on Aspire in scope components and coordinate with systems, network, local IT, applications and relevant departments on timely resolution of findings.

• Application vulnerability scans – Perform or coordinate dynamic security scan of internal and external web applications. The tests to be of the following types:

As a Data Analyst supporting our client - a technology company focused on the real estate market, you’ll play a pivotal role in owning goal-setting, strategy, measurement and analysis of their owned social channels, product and business. 

You’ll translate the data into meaningful and actionable insights for the business to develop campaigns, initiatives and business goals.

Role: 

• Own analysis, reporting and relevant dashboards of performance across APAC consumer marketing campaigns. 
• Identify core metrics, drive education of key metric drivers internally, and help set strategic paths towards measurable results
• Set up, maintain and develop social campaign databases across key markets and products to establish relevant baselines.
• Showcase and create learning decks with best-case practices to advance campaign effectiveness and creative excellence internally.

You:

• 4+ years of experience in an advertising, digital, or social media agency or in technology companies as a social media analyst, measurement analyst, data analyst or marketing analyst 
• Understanding different marketing measurement methodologies (e.g. creative testing, causal campaign reporting, brand metrics tracking) throughout the marketing/product funnel
• Skilled in data management and visualisation tools (Sheets, Slides, Data Studio).
• SPSS, R, and Python skills would be an added benefit but not a must.
• Capable of visualising data and quickly producing charts and graphs that tell a story to our client team and their internal marketers.
• Relevant skills in working with social listening tools (e.g. Brandwatch) and developing reliable syntaxes are a bonus but not a must-have.

The Payroll Analyst is responsible for proactive collaboration with customer and key internal business partners within the Global Payroll organization. This role is responsible for supporting APAC/CEMEA Region to ensure compliance with rules, regulations, and laws. The Payroll Analyst role requires independent thinking and actions in creating payroll metrics, checklists and spearheading payroll projects. Knowledge of APAC/CEMEA payroll legislation, experience with internal and external audits, statutory and government agencies regulations are important. The individual must be able to creatively think of ways to connect and combine large volumes of data from a variety of sources, create impactful dashboards, interact, filter and mine data to share insights and ensure an accurate and compliant payroll. Your key responsibilities:

1. The Threat Respond (TR) Analyst supports the Global Security Operations Center from the APAC region. The SOC operates 24x7x365 in a follow-the-sun mode with distributed teams across APAC, EMEA and AMER.

2. The Analyst needs to monitor, investigate alerts and events escalated from the SIEM or other security channels. The scope of investigation includes in-depth log-file analysis and IOC correlation and taking threat containment actions when needed.

3. The role will also proactively search and identify patterns of compromise, emerging threats, evidence of breach and inconsistencies by analyzing historical data.

4. The role will be assigned projects on the design, creation and maintenance of cyber threat use cases to detect adversaries and malicious activities as well as automation use cases to improve efficiency of the SOC.

5. The role is part of the Bank's 24/7 follow-the-sun cybersecurity monitoring and response team providing immediate cyber security, triage, containment and incident management to protect the Bank. It involves:

• Performing shift work On-rotation weekend / public holiday work 7AM to 7PM (time off in-lieu will be offered)
• Earlier morning shift on weekdays (for ex 7am to 4pm) in rotation.

Your skills and experience:

• Min of 3 years of cyber security working experience in security operations, incident response, Vulnerability management, threat assessment and containment with 1 year working experience in an enterprise-grade SOC.
• Working experience with cyber security tools to perform proxy/web access/network/database activity monitoring as well as using End-point Detection Response tool to investigate/contain threats in endpoints.
• Working experience in investigating cloud security alerts and understanding of cloud infrastructure, operations and administering operating systems (Windows and Linux).
• Proven experience in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, Bash/Linux equivalent, Windows BAT scripts; software vulnerabilities, hacking techniques, exploits, malware and forensics.
• Experience with creating documentations for end user as well as producing security awareness content.

Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.
