The role will perform forensic preservation of relevant devices and data, respond to incidents, and perform detailed analysis of systems and data. Responsibilities

- Preserve network and host-based digital evidence in an industry accepted and forensically sound manner that would be admissible in court proceedings.

About the role

We are looking for the Head of Accounting, who will report to the Country Head of Sleek Singapore and be part of the management team. Given below is the Mission and Outcomes over the next 6-12 months.

Mission: The Head of Accounting leads the team, driving process transformation, compliance, and profitability. They ensure team competency and client satisfaction through timely, accurate, and high-quality deliverables.

Outcomes:

Requirements

• Prior relevant experiences e.g Business Analysis, Project Management, IT business analysis, application solutioning design and testing.

Your key responsibilities:

• Interact with Corporate Finance and C-suite personnel alongside senior DB team members to diligence underlying companies, assess the transaction, and to execute trades
• Manage internal transaction credit ratings and approvals processes
• Lead discussions with clients in the negotiation of transaction structure, terms and covenants
• Preparation of credit memos, scenario analysis etc for senior / mezzanine loans to corporates
• Monitor the existing loan exposures in the portfolio
• Mentor the juniors in the team

Your skills and experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance, including structured loans, private credit
• Experience in SEA syndicated loans, pre-IPO financing and illiquid share-backed margin loans, across high yield, corporate and sponsor space.
• Experience in carrying out deep dive credit analysis, financial modeling for companies across various sectors
• Ability to understand and analyse financial statements
• Strong communication skills, analytical and detailed oriented
