2. The Test Analyst is responsible to lead the testing of software/applications to ensure they function accordingly to specifications and clients' requirements to meet the business needs. Conducts testing using preferred organizational practices & established processes contained in the Test Methodology to ensure test objective of the project is met.
3. Understand and analyze testing requirements to prepare test plan, and test design
4. Advise project team on design consideration to facilitate meeting of requirements
5. Prepare and ensure readiness of test bed and test environment to carry out the test execution

About the job

We are an established leading Asian Investment firm with over USD4bn assets under management. We are looking to hire a Senior Analyst, Fund Operations to be based in Singapore, reporting to the Head of Operations to oversee the end-to-end Fund Operation matters of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cash/securities/trade reconciliation and NAV accounting
• Review invoices, and process monthly fund expense payments
• Assist in managing and tracking of client subscription and redemption processes
• Assist in trade lifecycle management when needed
• Liaise with auditors, fund administrators, tax agents and lawyers on all finance and operational matters
• Assist with management, client and regulatory reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in fund operations within a hedge fund or fund accounting with a fund administrator.
• Strong work ethic, meticulous, ability to multi-task effectively, solid organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Design Performance Test Scripts for enterprise applications based on Requirements.

• Participate in Performance bottleneck analysis and fixes.

• Perform Performance Engineering (for Senior Perf Testers) & Performance Improvement activities.

• Communicate progress and issues through regular Status Reports

• Collaborate with Business/ Application teams to improve system performance

Skills/Requirement

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ Years of Relevant Experience in IT Performance Testing.

• Expertise in Test Planning, Test Estimation, Test Strategy, Workload Design, Test Cases Design, Test Environment Setup, Test Data Setup, Defect Management & Configuration Management.

• Expertise in Performance Testing tools: JMeter

• Execute Benchmark, load, stress, endurance, and other non-functional tests.

• Monitor application logs to determine system behaviour.

• Address all technical issues; facilitate the resolution and necessarily follow up with Development and other cross-functional departments.

• Analyse the CPU Utilization, Memory usage, Network usage, Garbage Collection and DB Parameters and DB Reports to verify the performance of the applications.

• Generate performance graphs, session reports and other related documentation required for validation and analysis.

• Publish results and receive appropriate sign off. Prepare detail status reports, and monitoring of all defects and issues.

• Identifying memory leakage, connection issues & Bottleneck problem in the application.

• Strong problem-solving skills and very good time management skills
