• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document user requirements for the core banking system.
• Write and document the current (as-is) processes to understand existing workflows and identify areas for improvement. Develop the future (to-be) processes that align with the new core banking system, ensuring they meet business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
