Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform system analysis, design and testing according to the project goal and needs.
• Gathering requirements from users, translating them into system specifications, designing, testing, implementing, maintaining application systems.
• Deploy, maintain and troubleshoot core business application including application servers, associated hardware, endpoints, and databases.
• Develop, analyse, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow.
• Support computer programmer resolving work problems like flow charts, program specifications and programming.
• Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements.

Requirements:

• Tertiary education (Degree or Diploma) in relevant field is preferred.
• At least 6 years of web-based enterprise application development experience is preferred.
• Working experience in .NET / Java / J2EE / relevant programming language.
• Able to work independently in gathering requirements from users, translating them into system specifications, designing, testing, implementing, maintaining application systems.
• Good communication skills and project or vendor management skills.
• Have at least 3 years of working experience as a Project Leader and is able to handle projects and contracts independently.

Job Objectives

To perform Business Analyst role for facilitating IT related Regulatory projects within the Finance domain for Banking clients Group, overseas subsidiaries and branches.

Key Responsibilities

Candidates are expected to:-

a. Understand business function and analyze users requirements, make a clear scope of project,

requirement and build consensus with users

b. Lead in analysis and scoping of data sourcing and functional requirements/ enhancements,

functional/application design, functional specifications, discuss and obtain users agreements

c. Preparation of Functional, Non Functional & other documents required in compliance to SDM

and procure sign off from Users

d. Prepare SIT test schedule and develop test cases and conduct SIT testing

e. Arrange with users to conduct User Acceptance Test and arrange with development team to

prepare necessary test environment and support functional testing

f. To ensure the design & build is in line with the standard and all deviations are clearly

articulated and agreed. The scope should be from sourcing from upstream till the final report

generation

g. Review the code to ensure it does not break / Lead to performance issue

h. Prepare necessary documents to facilitate and deliver the project (Release checklist, UAT

results, etc.)

Key Requirements

The candidate must have 10+ years working experience in the following areas:-

a. Relevant experience in a Financial Institution for Regulatory Reporting specially on CRS reporting

b. Good understanding of core banking and treasury products and data requirement for CRS or regulatory reporting

c. Good understanding in SDLC phases

d. Capability in requirement analysis and functional design skills

e. Capability of self-learning and a quick learner

f. Be adaptable, flexible and be able to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced of a growing organization /

environment

g. Experience with project management best practices/ methodologies/ project lifecycle

h. Ability to develop and maintain productive working relationships with colleagues in distributed

• Experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and statistical modeling.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and preferable experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Experience in developing and deploying recommendation systems, predictive models, and conducting A/B tests.

Monitor Product Quality Compliance

Perform routine and non-standard tests on materials, products and other Quality Control purposes using HPLC, GC, Empower system etc

• Identify OOS, deviations and quality problems

• Report testing activities and results

• Comply with Quality and HSE procedures when carrying out sampling and QC tests

Manage Laboratory Operations

• Follow the organization’s operational excellence model for laboratory work

• Perform routine calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment

Optimise quality and efficiency of department workflows and activities

Requirement

• Min Diploma in science.
