Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated reporting systems to extract and transform ERP data into customized business insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and fulfill reporting needs, ensuring solutions are aligned with business goals.
• Create real-time dashboards and visual reports to aid decision-making.
• Drive and participate in improvement projects that streamline business processes and increase efficiency.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency in all automated reporting solutions.
• Identify and propose process optimization opportunities, implementing them in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Ensure the digital innovation / transformation journey and project implementation
• Resolve technical issues related to data reporting, system integration, and project implementation.
• Coordinate with the IT team on software and hardware projects to ensure cohesive system support.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in IT/Computer science or its equivalent.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in project management and applications support.
• Good working knowledge of enterprise IT applications, SharePoint and Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, Sales Order, and MRP applications.
• Previous project implementation experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to learn applications and processes quickly, while adaptable to change
• Excellent teamwork and analytical skills.

• Work with technical teams to design solutions that align with business goals, and evaluate potential banking software, tools/ platforms to recommend suitable options
• Manage project timelines, scope, and resources in coordination with project managers
• Testing and Implementation Support: Develop test cases and scenarios for user acceptance testing (UAT), Coordinate with QA teams and business units to validate and test solutions

• Analyse existing business processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master’s in Finance) and professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, CBAP, or PMP) advantageous
• At least 4-5 years of experience in a related role in financial services
• Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and experience with financial analysis tools (Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization software)
• Knowledge of CRM Systems: ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or CRM systems is a plus
• Ability to analyse and interpret financial information and translate to visuals
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to create reports and presentations for stakeholders
• Experience in project management, including scoping, timelines, and stakeholder coordination
• Good stakeholder management and communications
• Team player
