Role Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as an Executive/Senior Executive in Business Finance. In this role, you will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and contribute to efficient processes that support our growth in influencer marketing. Key Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Finance and Accounting
- Oversee the day-to-day finance function, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Manage full sets of accounts in compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore tax regulations, including GST and corporate tax filings.
- Reconcile accounts, including WIP balances, and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity.
- Liaise with auditors to ensure smooth audit processes and address any queries.
2. Financial Planning and Reporting
- Develop and maintain rolling forecasts in collaboration with sales teams.
- Monitor financial performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide insights to senior management through detailed financial analysis.
3. Operational Support and Administration
- Coordinate payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
- Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Manage office operations, including vendor relations and service contracts.
- Assist in implementing company policies and maintaining compliance with employment regulations.
4. Governance and Compliance
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain high standards of integrity and accuracy in all financial and administrative processes.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to drive process improvements.
What We’re Looking For
At least 2 years of working experience in finance or a similar role is preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong background in finance and accounting, with familiarity in Singapore tax regulations.
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g. Xero) to streamline financial processes.
-Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams, external advisors, and senior management.
- Experience in administrative management and HR support is a plus.
