As the key driver of the outlet, he/she will be responsible for leading a team of full-time and part-time service crew and baristas to meet and/or exceed sales revenue, and to deliver a high level of product and service excellence in accordance with the company’s strategic plans.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations at the assigned outlet
• Oversee staffing at the outlet including hiring and rostering
