Key Responsibilities

1. Membership Administration

• Assist in processing new membership applications, renewals, and terminations following club guidelines and policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records in the membership management system, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
• Respond promptly and professionally to membership inquiries, addressing concerns, or escalating issues to relevant team members as needed.
• Support in managing members' statements, account updates, and adjustments when required.

2. Member Engagement and Communication

• Act as the first point of contact for membership-related queries, both in-person and through phone or email, delivering excellent customer service.
• Assist in preparing and distributing membership-related notices, updates, and promotional materials.

3. Administrative Support

• Provide general administrative support to the Club and membership office, including filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
• Assist with scheduling and organizing club events and meetings, coordinating with relevant departments.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and reorder as necessary, ensuring that the department is well-equipped.

4. Database and Records Management

• Ensure the membership database is current, accurately reflecting member status, contact details, and any pertinent notes.
• Maintain secure handling of member information in compliance with data protection policies and best practices.

5. Support to Club Operations

• Collaborate with the finance and administration team to streamline operational tasks, such as invoicing, event preparation, and record-keeping.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks or projects, including supporting marketing efforts or coordinating with external vendors.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within a club or membership-based organization.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Prior experience with Club2000E software is preferred.
• Able to start immediately or within a short notice period will be an added advantage.

About the Job

The Logistics Department plays one of the most critical roles in managing part the assets in Cyrus. You will be joining a dynamic team managing and working closely with the Assistant Warehouse Manager to solve Logistics, warehouse operation issues, managing the inventory level and fulfil daily orders. You will also be required to implement new ideas to improve our logistics and warehouse operation processes.

Your key responsibilities cover the following 5 broad areas:

1) Receiving and Inspecting of Goods

• To verify the quantity of goods, inspect for damages and report discrepancies.
• To ensure proper handling and storage of goods.

2) Inventory Management

• To tidy and organise all inventory and maintain accurate records for accurate monitoring
• To conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.

3) Order fulfilment

• To retrieve and pack shipment orders according to delivery schedules, and coordinate with inter-departments for deliveries and pickups.

4) Warehouse Organization

• To ensure inventory are well organised and stored at stipulated locations so as to achieve and maintain warehouse 5S standard.

5) General Support

• To initiate and collaborate on work improvements projects to improve processes and work environment.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

· Secondary school, Higher Nitec, Diploma or 2years working experience in warehousing or environment.

· Basic understanding of Microsoft Office is required.

· Valid Forklift license is an added advantage.

· Knowledge of ERP/WMS system.

· Physical fitness to carry goods up to 25kg.

Head of Key Accounts & Client Success Singapore/South Asia

We are seeking a Head of Key Accounts & Client Success to join our team in Asendia Singapore. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Singapore/South Asia, the incumbent will predominantly be responsible for managing and nurturing key client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth through strategic account management. This role involves leading a team to deliver exceptional service, optimizing client success strategies, and collaborating with various departments, such as sales, operations, IT and Products, to meet client needs and company objectives. The incumbent plays a vital role in the business transformation as Asendia Singapore aims to expand into new markets in the APAC region.

Your Tasks

• Team manager in charge of key accounts, client onboarding (pre-sales) and client success (post sales).
• Manage the organization’s key clients and ensures that the clients’ requirements in terms of SLA management, operational requirements and general account management needs are met.
• Collaborate with key clients to broaden Asendia's scope of work in terms of new lanes, products, and services to foster mutual growth of all parties.
• Provides solutioning support for new clients through a mix of network knowledge, IT and tech setup knowledge coupled with a clear understanding of the clients’ needs.
• Collaborate with the client's onboarding executive(s) to ensure a complete and comprehensive onboarding process.
• Ensure that requisite customer level SLAs are met and establish regular processes to ensure review, maintenance and improvement of transit times and the overall customer experience.
• Utilize data for effective customer service (tracking of tickets and resolution) in conjunction with net promoter scores to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor a team of client success specialists, i.e. customer service team in delivering day-to-day support to customers’ queries.
• Main coordination interface with internal stakeholders and functional teams to resolve the issues raised by customers during the onboarding process.

Your Profile

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial account management or client success roles, preferably in the logistics industry. Knowledge of e-commerce cross border logistics is highly desirable.
• Strong team management skills, preferably with minimum 3 years of experience.
• Experience in managing large and complex key accounts in an e-commerce or logistics industry and proven records of driving business growth.
• Excellent analytical, data analysis and problem-solving skills are required for making strategic decisions.
• Possess a customer-focused mindset along with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder relationship management skills to be able to establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients and cooperate with coworkers across departments.
• Strong execution ability on strategic plans and provides improvement measures to teams and management.
• Strong ability to deliver work that adds value by contributing to the growth of the business.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that effectively delivers clear message to address the needs of diverse audiences and managing conflicts of ideas to convince opinion on matters of strategic importance.
