Your Role

HR Administration

Personal Assistant Duties

• Keep the management team on track with efficient calendar management and appointment scheduling.
• Handle correspondence, reports, and presentations with finesse.

General Office Administration

• Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth equipment operations.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of both internal and external events.
• Provide top-notch administrative support for special projects as needed.

Job Description

1. Upload invoices to CRM system
2. Sorting incoming letter, and post letter & invoices
3. Issuing company cheques
4. Review and monitor sales pricing to ensure all products sold are priced correctly.
5. Filling for all necessary documents
6. To do the job assign by manager and director

Requirements

• Minimum O level or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year’s working experience as office administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Able to start work on short notice preferred
• Training and guidance will be provided

Job Description

• Perform Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable functions, including data entry into the systems
• Check staff reimbursements, project petty cash claims and adhoc payments
• Ensure accurate project costing updates, verify interim valuation certificates, and allocate staff costs effectively within projects.
• Update related party transactions / balances
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations
• Assists in year-end audit.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimally 1 year experience in administrative/accounting roles
• Possess basic accounting knowledge
• Diploma in or currently pursuing Accounting qualifications.
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to continuously learn and improve professional skills
