• Data entry, invoicing and filings
• Handle partial set of account (AP,AR, GL, Accts Reconciliation)
• Key in all accounting transactions into accounting system
• Assist in preparing quarterly GST report
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports

After extensive training, you will take over the following tasks

• Provide secretarial support (manage MD's calendar, update travelers’ calendars etc.)
• Provide administration support (organise MD's travel expenses, visitors overview, upkeep of office equipment, printing calendars/ diaries etc.)
• Work in an international team: i.e. cooperation and communication (via phone and email) with customers, suppliers, visitors, our sales managers and the German headquarter
