• Assist in movement of student and clients from one activity to the next (for e.g. Waterplay, Hydrotherapy sessions).
• Assist in the feeding.
• Ensure that rules pertaining to personal safety, work hazards and prescribed training procedures are observed by staff, students and clients.
• Carry out proper and regular housekeeping of work site and facilities; perform regular equipment maintenance duties, and ensure cleanliness and tidiness of work and storage areas.
• Report all matters concerning the welfare, safety, and security of students and clients.
• Work as a team and participate positively and actively in the quality service delivery in line with the mission, goals and objectives of the Association.

Main Responsibilities:

· Prepare and maintain technical documents (COA, MSDS, Specs etc.) for production lots

· Prepare and maintain documentation records of Food Safety Quality Management system documents for our factory

· Prepare and maintain samples of incoming new samples for sensory evaluation and record evaluations

· Prepare samples for outgoing production sensory QA and submit sensory report (for specific products)

· Weighing, mixing of ingredients for sample preparation

· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

· Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only

· Minimum Diploma in Food Science/Chemistry or related fields

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)

· Prior experience in lab environment/quality control systems
