- Position : HR cum Admin Assistant (Payroll/Recruitment) - Up to $3500 + AWS

- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am to 5.30pm

Main Responsibilities:
- Recruitment matters.
- Onboarding & Offboarding for employees and expatriates.
- Payroll – incentive and overtime calculation, social security, provident funds, reconciliation, tax filing.
- Compensation and benefits - insurance renewal and enrollment, claims submission and administration, leave management etc.
- Organize internal and external employee training courses and evaluations.
- HR reporting and administration works.
- Support employee performance review and annual salary review activities.
- Support Indonesia branch on HR management.
- Other adhoc admin duties assigned by Manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration, HR, or related field
Min. 1 year of relevant experience with good knowledge of MOM regulations and Employment Act - Proficient in MS Office
- Good written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese Associates
