11. Monitor process deviations and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Degree in Chemistry (or relevant field) or have attained a similar level of knowledge by virtue of experience in relevant field of Chemistry.

• 2 years of experience in laboratory management /team leader or supervisory experience.

• Strong knowledge of SAC-SINGLAS and ISO/IEC 17025 standards

• Experience in regulatory and accreditation audits will be a strong advantage.

The National University of Singapore (NUS) launched the College of Humanities and Sciences (CHS) in August 2021, an enhanced undergraduate experience for students of the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences (FASS) and the Faculty of Science (FoS). CNRS@CREATE is looking for a Research Assistant (part-time) to join our SPACE project team.

SPACE PROJECT

The SPACE project is developing a research protocol for infectious disease prediction and prevention in Singapore. The project draws upon analyses of the risk factors and sociospatial patterns that drive dengue and COVID-19 transmission in Singapore, as well as the social and technical skills developed by individuals and community groups in response to disease propagation. Combining insight from the social sciences (geography, architecture and urban design, communication, economics, sociology, public policy) with biology (epidemiology, entomology) and computer science (artificial intelligence, biostatistics), the project will use the concept of “adaptive capacity” (AC) to explore the potential of community-based “latent social capital” (i.e. human, cultural, political, and social) as key assets for adaptive responses to health challenges related to dengue in its interplay with COVID-19.

The project brings together 23 researchers, 10 from France and 13 from five Singaporean universities (NTU, NUS, SUTD, SMU and SUSS). The research will be conducted in several residential areas of Singapore.

DESCRIPTION

CNRS @ CREATE is looking for a research assistant to join our team on a part-time basis (up to 20 hours per week) for a period of 1 year, with potential to extend for another year. On a general level, applicants will be selected through a careful assessment of their qualification suitability and alignment to the project. Description

As the Assistant or Lead, App Development, you will have responsibility to provide leadership in the development and management of all the front-end app and web development activities for the company’s digital products, including video, audio and news & entertainment products.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of web, mobile and TV app developers to develop and maintain several video, audio, news and entertainment apps for online, mobile, Smart TV and media player environments
• Collaborate with product managers, UX managers and designers to specify, compile product requirements and build best in class products
• Where development is outsourced, you will manage and work with vendors to define development specifications, manage the development timelines and project plans, and ensure the apps are designed for quality, best performance and user experience

Requirements
