Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting related duties
- Perform full sets of accounts such as accounts receivables, payables and general ledger functions.
- Liaise with banks on payment and receipts matters
- Liaise with clients and vendors via phone or email
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation to ensure company book balance tallies with the bank statement
- Assist in month end closing and checking for balance sheet accounts
- Compute and prepare GST schedules for quarterly submission
- Any other adhoc relevant tasks
Requirements:
· Diploma in Accounting
· 1-3 years of relevant, hands-on accounting experience
· Proficient to knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel, MYOB and Autocount
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Able to work independently on assigned duties
· Able to manage variety of priorities to meet deadlines
