RESPONSIBILITIES

You will ensure proper receiving, putaway, replenishment to pick locations and issuance of goods. You will perform proper record-keeping and control of stock movement. You will also assist in the return of damaged goods. In addition, you will also need to perform good housekeeping; ensure safe practices and orderliness of the warehouse; as well as carry out periodic cycle counts and annual stocktake.

JOB PURPOSE:

Create and prepare SMT placement programs based on CAD data / machine data available. Coordinate with suppliers in fabricating of solder paste stencil making and testing. SMT machines process improvement such as optimizing or balance the loading of each SMT machine placement. Conduct trouble shooting / repair / maintenance and improvement. Fabrication of jigs and fixtures for SMT production.

NATURE & SCOPE:

1) Programming of all SMT devices mounting data XY co-ordinates.

2) Request for CAD data, Gerber data, merge date & etc. and prepare the metal mask stencil

3) Prepare loading list and layout list.

4) Optimizing / balance the loading of each SMT machine placement to reduce machine placement loss time.

5) Troubleshooting of SMT machines

6) Plan and conduct periodic preventive maintenance of all SMT equipment and machines

7) Conduct process improvement base of New Yokogawa Production System (NYPS) concepts, on Quality, in-time delivery to the next process and at a competitive cost.

8) Participate in companywide improvement programs, such as small group activities (QC Circle) and Production enhancement through New Yokogawa Production System (NYPS)

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1) Provides timely support to SMT line and ensure problems are solved

2) Recommend improvement to SMT line and machines for quality output and better yield

3) Provide proper training to operators on machine operation and new procedures adapted

Grocery Logistics Singapore (GLS) a wholly owned subsidiary of FairPrice Group Supply Chain, is a well-established logistics player in the Fast Moving Consumers Goods (FMCG) segment, incorporated since January 1993. Other than being the key logistics provider for NTUC FairPrice and its subsidiaries, we had serviced the Dairy Farm Group, Royal Ahold Group (since exited from Singapore Markets) and many small supermarket chains since our establishment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the daily warehouse operations and inventory accuracy.He/ she is expected to:

• Perform physical receiving and QC checks
• Record and update receiving and QC information to WMS / QC module systems
• Conduct QC check in accordance to sample size and quality document
• Ensure QC items meet quality requirement as stated in the quality document
• Check of product quality and upload data into QC module or reports
• Participate in quality improvement meetings/initiatives/ projects
• Reject failed QC items from suppliers / transfer failed QC items to non-conforming storage area
• Ensure non-conforming products are not delivered to the stores
• Ensure proper disposal of non-conforming products
• Provide support and guidance to new staffs on Fruits quality checks, enabling them to perform in theirroles
• Able to process order and other administrate matter such as stores feedback
• Using MHE to perform physical movement of pallets
• Any other jobs as assigned by Reporting Officer

• Computer and Tablet literacy
• Prior experience in quality check / control of perishable food (eg. fruits, vegetables etc) in a warehouseor distribution centre environment
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Can-do attitude and self-motivated individual whois passionate about QC
• Good communication skills
• Prior hands-on experience in warehousing and/or QC related platforms/system modules
• Proficient in MS Office
• Proven ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklift and reach truck
• Forklift license is a plus
• Open to working in a cold room environment (2 - 8 degrees celsius) and carry heavy load(20kg and below) ifrequired
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Work location: 680 Upper Thomson Road (will move to Sunview Road in 2024)
• Working hours:Any 6 days a week including weekends and public holidays, rotating shifts (7am-3:20pm or 2:20pm -10:30pm)

• Perform Despatch Operation, including route planning and stocks release to transporters
• Update Transport Management System (TMS) promptly and accurately
• Comply with all SOP and Audit requirements
• Execute daily works efficiently, and achieve high productivity and accuracy
• Work closely with different stakeholders e.g. transporters, warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations

• Preferably with Forklift License
• Preferably with Warehouse Experience
• Computer literate
• Able to work in Cold Room work environment (About 18 Deg)

• Work location: 680 Upper Thomson Road (will move to 7 Sunview Road at the last Quarter of 2024)
• Working hours: 7am to 3.05pm, Monday to Saturday
