Overview

The Job Holder will support the Clinical Services Planning & Integration (CSPI) Division including specialist and primary/community care co-leads, and work with other internal and external stakeholders to facilitate and manage the development of cross-sectoral, end-to-end care plans for NUHS Population Health Strategy 6 (pathways for conditions with significant disease burden). CSPI care planning work emphasises upstream preventive care as well as enabling a strengthened primary/community care sector.

The Job Holder will also support the manager in population health programme(s), allied health and medical manpower coordination and administration matters.

Job Responsibilities

1. Support end-to-end care plans development work

• Provide secretariat and administrative support to CSPI team to facilitate the development of end-to-end care plans for assigned conditions, including:
• Outreach and engaging relevant stakeholders
• Working out theory of change and logic model
• Mapping existing services, keeping abreast of available NUHS and community services
• Identification of gaps
• Propose recommendations, and facilitate / drive partnerships and collaborations with relevant partners

I am looking for one highly skilled and motivated individuals to work with me as full-time research professionals for a period of at least one year. The start date is subject to negotiation, but may be as early as 1 March 2024.

You will work with NUS Business School Professor Karsten Müller at the Department of Finance. For the most part, you will support Karsten’s ambitious research agenda on the link between credit markets and the real economy. This work uses macro and micro data and cutting-edge statistical methods to understand the drivers and consequences of who in the economy receives credit. Among other things, you will help to (a) construct novel data sources to measure credit market conditions, (b) analyse data to document the role of credit markets in recessions and stock market crashes, and (c) analyse the effectiveness of financial policies and credit subsidies in stimulating economic growth.

You will work with us on a variety of tasks, including data collection and analysis, statistical programming and data visualization, conducting literature reviews, summarizing research findings and policy documents, and editing research papers. Position Overview

This position is responsible for reporting and reconciling our E-Store accounts on a worldwide basis. Job Description

The Assistant Clinical Training Co-Ordinator (ACTC) will work closely with the Clinical Training Co-Ordinator (CTC) to co-ordinate and monitor the assignment of patients to BDS students during the clinical phase of their training. At the same time, the ACTC will also monitor the management of these assigned patients. The ACTC will work with the Module Co-Ordinators, Faculty's Office of Undergraduate Education and Student Affairs (UESA), nursing and operations colleagues from the National University Centre for Oral Health, Singapore (NUCOHS) and other relevant stakeholders to support sustainable clinical training opportunities for the undergraduates. Specifically, the Assistant Training Co-Ordinator shall;

1. Support the daily management and maintenance of patient management data system (e.g. data updates, timeliness of response to referrals and feedback; service recovery protocols; engagement between patients and students) to ensure positive experiences for patients and students in the UG Clinical Programme
2. Maintain online patient request form and facilitate regular and timely checks on students' clinical requirements and timely assignments of patients to students
3. Co-ordinate the assignment of patients to undergraduates for their clinical phases in the BDS programme

THE ROLE – Assistant Operations Manager (Hegen By Me)

Responsibilities:

• Strategically architect the business growth and possibilities of the Hegen By Me business model, which includes customisation and personalisation, logistics fulfilment and business development
• Build operating framework and processes to support other business unit(s) in the implementation, execution and growth of Hegen By Me
• Lead and manage a team of Operations & Personalisation specialists to ensure all department KPIs are achieved
• Manage operation and distribution capacity and activities, such as inventory levels, supplies and equipments to ensure adequate capacity and capability to deliver required outputs
• Perform forecasting to manage department operations, micro and macro level
• Understand the machinery operations to execute and perform training whenever necessary
• Review financial metrics and data to provide insights for further development
• Any other tasks as assigned by Reporting Officer

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Management or any discipline
• Demonstrated leadership and strategic abilities in past experiences
• Prior experiences in start-ups functions will be advantageous
• Highly analytical and strategic in identifying and creating possibilities
• Strong interpersonal skills, proactiveness and approachable team player with a "hands-on" approach

1. Preparation of maintenance schedule according to clients master schedule.

2. Preparation of progress report and submission

3. Procurement of material/ parts/ components

4. Technical assessment of systems and introduction of retrofit / replacement recommendation to clients

5. On the job risk analysis and preparation of risk assessment procedure.

6. Preparation of method of statement / process for presentation to clients.

7. Perform checks and inspections of entire systems including control parameters attendance.

8. Troubleshooting of fault / breakdowns and rectification according to authorities / clients requirement.

9. Perform full set of testing complying to authorities / clients requirement.

10. Perform maintenance program and complying to authorities / clients requirementt.

11. Attendance of meeting and or site survey with clients.

12. Submission of quotations / costing to clients within stimulated time frame.

Functions and Responsibilities

• Comply to ASL HSSEQ policy and procedures.
• Responsible for the preparation of a full set of accounts for her or his portfolio of vessels up to monthly closing for review
• Issues the invoices for each client according to the contractual agreements and upon approval from his/her supervisor submits them to clients, as well as monitors their timely payment, reporting any potential discrepancies from the schedule. Monitors the financial position of assigned vessels.
• Executes all the accounting transactions of the assigned vessels, i.e., invoices, expenses, payments, payroll, etc., and updates accordingly all the respective accounting ledgers, to assist in the effective monitoring of each vessel's financial operation and compliance with accounting rules and legislation.
• Prepare cheques when payment is due.
• Review month-end victualling statement from vessels (non-Garret vessels) and additional costs due to the extra meals (for Garrets vessels)
• Produces and submits periodical financial reports of the assigned vessels to senior management and reviews vessels' actual costs against budgets. Informs the Senior Accountant of each assigned vessel, concerning budget variances.
• Responsible for the full set of accounts of his or her portfolio of vessels up to monthly closing for review with the Senior Accountant
• Review and check the master’s month-end cash statement
• Upon approval, proceeds to the prompt settlement of all accounts/payments of related vessels, to support the smooth operation of vessels.

• Proceeds all the accounting entries and develops analytical monthly accounting reports according to the requirements and processes of Arcadia, to provide management with the required information.
